Meet Our Team
Lungile Sikhakhane is a seasoned Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)] with over two decades of experience across higher education and diverse corporate sectors, including cleaning, healthcare and logistics.
She brings strong expertise in management accounting, financial reporting and strategic financial leadership. Her academic background includes a BCom Honours in Accounting, a Postgraduate Certificate in Financial Accounting and a BTech in Cost and Management Accounting. She has also completed a Management Development Programme (MDP) from Stellenbosch University and an Executive Development Program (EDP) from Wits University.
Lungile has a proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis, internal controls, governance, risk management and policy development. She has led major ERP financial system implementations, strengthened organisational reporting environments and built high‑performing teams, consistently delivering strategic insights that support effective executive decision‑making.
Nomzi Cenga is a seasoned Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)] and accomplished finance executive with over two decades of leadership experience in financial management, governance, internal controls, and strategic planning.
She holds an MPhil in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, a BCom Honours in Accounting and a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting. She has also completed a Management Development Programme (MDP) from Hanley Business School.
Her expertise spans enterprise‑wide financial operations, audit enhancement, risk assurance, budgeting, forecasting, and investment management. She has led major ERP financial system implementations and strengthened internal control environments. She brings strategic insight, analytical leadership, and a strong commitment to accountability, innovation, sustainable value creation, contributor to organisational performance and long‑term organisational success.
Kuhle Maqokolo is a Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)] with strong expertise in external reporting, financial management, taxation, and statutory compliance, developed through experience in various sectors.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Science, a Bachelor of Accounting Science in Financial Accounting, and is persuing an MBA with Nelson Mandela University.
Her capabilities include consolidated financial reporting, IFRS application, policy development, statutory oversight, investment management and general ledger integrity.
She has led the preparation of annual financial statements, enhanced audit readiness, and ensured compliance with governance, regulatory, and organisational standards. Backed by a strong external audit foundation and exposure to multiple industries, she is recognised for her technical precision, professionalism, and commitment to strengthening financial controls and improving overall reporting quality.
